Every hat is made to order, so it takes a few business days to make before it heads out. Your delivery options and estimates show up at checkout.

When your order ships, we email you a tracking number. Don't see it? Check your spam folder before you panic.
Orders go exactly where you tell us. We can't cover orders sent to an incomplete or wrong address, so give it one more look before you hit buy.
Once the carrier has your package, delivery is in their hands. If something looks stuck or lost, send us a message with your order number and we'll help chase it down.
